We handle personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA). Our policy explains what we collect, why, and who can see it.

You can ask what personal information we hold about you. Requests under the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA) go to us in writing.
Request accessComplaints
If you are worried about how we use your information, tell us first and we will respond. You may also complain to the Information Regulator (South Africa).

Access
Ask what information we hold about you.
Correct
Ask us to fix information that is wrong or out of date.
Delete
Ask us to delete or destroy information we no longer need to keep.
Object
Object to how your information is being processed.
If your employer or organisation uses FINORA, they decide how your payroll information is used and we process it for them, so please also ask them. To make a request to us, email info@finorasystemssa.co.za or call 067 631 8786. We may need to confirm who you are before we share or change anything.
